Ever felt like you needed to scream?!

Yeah we did just that! Something I’ve been wanting to do and felt the need to take advantage of the opportunity!

We’ve been hosting Wellness Wednesday at South Mountain and I must say the weather has been great!

I’m honored they trusted me to hold space and release it all to the mountains!

A strong scream helps release built-up tension, stress, anger, grief, or emotional pressure that the body often stores when we stay “held together” for too long. It activates the breath, opens the diaphragm, and creates a physical outlet for emotions instead of trapping them in the nervous system.

When done in a safe space—like outside in nature, on a mountain, or during a release practice—it can feel like a reset. It’s less about being loud and more about giving your body permission to let go.

Sometimes healing sounds like silence.
Sometimes healing sounds like a scream.
