The Midtown Neighborhood Association is looking for volunteers to join their Midtown Neighborhood Cleanup Saturday, Oct. 25, in preparation for the Midtown Urban Living Tour on Nov. 9.
Meet from 8 to 10 a.m. at Central United Methodist Church,1875 N. Central Ave., in the parking lot off Palm Lane.

Supplies will be provided. Focus will be on cleaning up the area around the church. Those who have any equipment that could help with weeds are encouraged to bring it along.

Valley Metro is seeking public input on a comprehensive plan to help enhance the entire bus network. The input is part of the Your Voice. Your Ride. Bus Network Redesign that aims to improve bus service, enhance efficiency for riders, optimize funding and offer more attractive travel options.
Virtual meetings will be held Oct. 28 and Nov. 5; and four Open House events will be held, including Oct. 29 (Sunnyslope Community Center) and Nov. 4 (Irish Cultural Center).
