These last 8 days have been transformational. 💕 Through prayer, tears, writing, and surrender, God reignited a fire in me for a ministry He placed in my heart at 16. A binder full of visions birthed from pain—and one calling I ran from. But He never stopped pursuing me.

Long before I had the language for trauma or healing, I knew God was sending me to the places people overlook—to remind women:
You are seen.
Loved.
Worth saving.

Our planning meeting this weekend wasn’t just logistics—it was sacred. We met at Sozo Coffeehouse… and “Sozo” literally means to save, heal, restore, and make whole. Only God would place us in a space where even the name carries healing. 🙌🏽

What we’re building—Restored: Beauty for Ashes—is for every woman who’s walked through DV, trafficking, and trauma. From survivor to soarer. From burdened to becoming.

This isn’t just a program—it’s a promise.

Huge thank you to my pastors and at for nudging me to say YES—even imperfectly. To , thank you for holding space and reminding me who I am. And , thank you for walking with me like a spiritual midwife—always reminding me this is my baby to birth.

When you’re a mom and a business owner… brunch turns into a playdate, a client meeting, a friendship check-in, and a full-circle celebration of God’s favor 😂✨

Back in February, I met this powerhouse, Alison , at a networking event, and our connection has been nothing short of divine. We’re both building businesses with babies on our hips and big dreams in our hearts—and now I’m honored to have her as a client too. Watching her brand unfold has been such a blessing!

And guess what? We both just graduated from the Women’s Entrepreneurship program 🙌🏾🎓💼
A huge milestone on this journey of purpose, legacy, and impact. I’m so proud of us!

Also… these chocolate babies?? Come ON melanin! 😍 They are our “why,” our joy, and our reminder that legacy starts at home.

The food was amazing, the laughs were loud, and the assignment was legacy. This is what Black excellence and balance looks like 💛

✨Yes, other people may do what you do—but they don’t do it like you.

That’s the reminder I keep on replay when I feel like it’s “too late” to show up or I get stuck in the comparison trap. I’ve done the work. I’ve honed my craft. And now? It’s about being bold enough to put myself out there—even when the “no’s” feel loud—because the “YES” is always coming.

So if you’re building something from scratch, with no safety net—just passion and faith—I see you.

I didn’t have all my babies with me (missing my Stephon 🥹) but this has been a great Mother’s Day weekend ❤️ I’m so grateful to be chosen as their mom and walk with them on this journey called life. I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world.

Kudos to Jeremiah for my homemade dinner 🥰 I guess he has learned a thing or two in the kitchen!
