Deleon Publishing Otis Amir Muttaqee was born April 10, 1970 outside of Chicago Illinois. He now lives and writes from He now lives and writes from his home base in Phoenix, AZ.

Otis has studied and traveled throughout the world, including South and Central America and Europe. He also speaks several languages. All of these experiences built upon and contributed to his general interest in the world and specifically Kemetic hermetic science. Egyptian understanding of reality changes, never stagnant, unfolding by degrees. It is this prospect of new hope for the planet that makes producing such books on Ancient Egypt so interesting. Even though the information is ancient, Otis understands how resurrecting the material feels like it is the first time coming into the Ancient Egyptian knowledge paradigm. With that in mind, he welcomes the challenges involved in this quest.
