I PROMISE I'LL BE BACK Y'ALL!

No matter what phase of your weight loss journey you're on, IT'S NOT EASY. I had gotten way too comfortable and they say, what you eat in private will show up in public, DOH, lol! Well I got back focused, went to the gym, put myself on a calorie deficit and lost them 20lbs I picked up in my first 30 days and I've FINALLY learned that you can't outwork a bad diet! The word of my life is MODERATION!

From the day we met you have been the most intentional, giving, kind hearted, loving and generous human being I've ever come in contact with.
