Apparently we needed to review the evidence. 😂

Someone commented that they didn’t think I was retaining length.

January → August 2026.

I trim my hair every 6–8 weeks.

Because here’s the part that gets misunderstood: hair growth and length retention are NOT the same thing.

Your hair grows from the scalp. Trimming your ends doesn’t make it grow faster or slower. What regular trims CAN do is help you maintain healthier ends by removing damage before it contributes to more breakage.

My goal isn’t to never cut my hair. My goal is to grow it AND keep the length I grow. Still working on the ends.

So… do we see the growth now? 👀
