1½ lbs sirloin tip steak, sliced against the grain
1–1½ lbs broccoli florets
5 oz grated carrots
2 packages Yakisoba noodles
2 tbsp cornstarch (for tossing sirloin)
2 tsp rice vinegar

Sauce

½ cup soy sauce
½ cup beef broth
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp fresh ground ginger
1 tbsp cornstarch
