🌍🏍️ WRWR TT 2026 Legacy Lap — Riding for Mary McGee 🇺🇸
Ride4Mary Team members, including Ruth Belcher and Amanda Knapp, will proudly represent U.S. riders along with other women from across the United States, joining riders from around the world in the Women Riders World Relay (WRWR) TT 2026 Legacy Lap — a tribute ride around the iconic 37.73-mile Isle of Man TT Course.
Led by WRWR Founder Hayley Bell and the WRWR Ambassadors, this event celebrates women in motorcycling, past, present, and future.
The team will ride in memory of Mary McGee, a true trailblazer whose courage and love for motorcycling continue to inspire riders everywhere.
I want to share a post written by Lisa Brain, Isle of Man, WRWR Ambassador:
"WRWR TT 2026 Legacy Lap – for Every Woman Who Rides
We’ve had a few lovely questions about whether the WRWR Legacy Lap is suitable for all riders — and the answer is absolutely YES!
The Legacy Lap is a speed-controlled ride around the full 37.73-mile TT Mountain Course, starting and finishing at the TT Grandstand. It’s designed for riders of all experience levels — whether you’re new to riding or have decades on the road.
The lap begins with the powerful “Sound of Thunder” — a one-minute tribute that brings riders and spectators together in remembrance and celebration.
The pace is steady, allowing everyone to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the view — and when we reach the Mountain section, it’ll be one-way only, giving a chance to open up a little while still under full control.
The WRWR-led Legacy Lap is about connection, empowerment, and unity. It’s a celebration of women in motorcycling, of history, and of shared love for the road.
Whether you ride in tribute, remembrance, or celebration, this is your lap — a moment to be part of history."
