Therapeutic Massage by Tiffany Krueger Welcome everyone! I have 15 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012.

I opened up my business in 2017 (same office as Dr. Liddle at Powdersville Chiropractic) I specialize in Deep Tissue & Myofascial Release Therapy! I specialize in Deep Tissue (don't let this word scare you, it helps significantly!) & Trigger Point Therapy.
-Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains & sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles & connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury & reduce tension in muscle & tissue. It also promotes faster healing by increasing blood flow & reducing inflammation.
-Trigger point therapy involves the applied pressure to your painful/sensitive areas in order to alleviate the pain on site & in other areas of the body. I usually combine these into a relaxation massage, so you receive stress relief as well as getting your knots to release, & your muscles loosened up. It is my intention to use massage therapy to support my clients health care plan & to provide quality care for all clients. I work with a variety of conditions & create a customized, outcome-driven treatment plan for each client to address their health needs.

My availability for this week is very limited. I have tomorrow, Monday at 2:30pm available, then the only opening left after tomorrow is on Wednesday 9/16 at 4:30pm! During the last week of September, I have a lot more availability! Please remember to always try your best to pre-book all of your appointments! Not only does pre-booking secure your spot, but it also makes things so much easier whenever it comes to scheduling. I always do my best everyday to work around everyone's different schedules to get them in & will accommodate when needed, if I am currently able to do so at the time!
