We are proud to honor Evan Plaisance, Kathy Morvant, and Steven Kraemer as this year’s Royalty of the Louisiana Gumbo Festival of Chackbay! Each of them has given countless hours as long-time volunteers, helping to carry on the traditions that make our festival such a special part of our community.

Their dedication, service, and love for this festival reflect the very heart of what makes our celebration so unique. We can’t wait for you to meet them in person at the fairgrounds during the 2025 festival weekend — October 10, 11, and 12.
