Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the passing of Jaxon Jungwirth. He’s family in every sense of the way at the radio station. Whether walking through the station with his heart of gold when he was younger, to being a board op for games when he was in high school, he’s always been family. And we got to call Oahe Capitals games where he sits as the all time leader in consecutive shutout minutes. Wise beyond his years, mature beyond his years and kinder than just about anyone you could ever meet. We miss you Jaxon, we love you and can’t wait to see you again.

The State Legion Tournament is down to the final four teams with Watertown and Sioux Falls West at 5:00 tonight followed by Rapid City Post 22 and Yankton at 8:00 Central times.
