Ramstad Technologies is hiring Directional Drill Operator/Locators. This position is Full Time, Pay based on Experience and includes Full Benefits and Per Diem.
Job Responsibilities include:
Proficiency in directional drilling for installation of underground telecommunications, including fiber optic cable.
Operating the HDD Drill safely and effectively during the drilling process
Transporting equipment to/from job sites
Properly maintaining the equipment on a daily basis
Operator will perform additional duties when needed to help assist the crew in anything that they may need
Must be self-sufficient and be able to work independently, along with being able to think ahead on what will need to be done next
Maintaining a safe job site, with proper signage and cones, etc.
Ability to practice safe working conditions in accordance with all safety policies, regulations and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Experience with Directional Drilling
Valid Drivers License (CDL-Preferred)
Clean Driving Record
Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Ability to travel throughout the week (no weekends)

Manual labor including shoveling and/or hand digging with other hand held tools
Perform general construction work per crew leader/operators request
Transporting equipment to/from job sites
Properly maintaining the equipment on a daily basis
Laborer will perform additional duties when needed to help assist the crew in anything that they may need
Must be self-sufficient and be able to work independently, along with being able to think ahead on what will need to be done next

Applicants must have good mechanical ability, work proficiently with basic hand tools, have good computer knowledge, professionalism and problem solving skills.
