Georgina, autora de más de 70 libros infantiles y traductora de más de 50 títulos internacionales, habla sobre el nacimiento de El Flamboyán Amarillo, comparte su visión sobre la lectura infantil y recalca el poder transformador de la lectura en la infancia. 🌳💛

El Flamboyán amarillo, escrito por Georgina Lazaro e ilustrado por Lule DeLacre, frente a un bello mural de la portada del libro, en el Centro de estudios de la lectura y la literatura infantil (CELELI), adscrito al Programa de maestría en Educación Preescolar de la Universidad de Puerto Rico, recinto de Río Piedras. La Universidad con este mural rinde un bello homenaje a este clásico y a su autora e ilustradora.
