Weight is an energy and the body uses it as a buffer for different reasons...like to protect the nervous system or create walls designed to keep others out.

Energy needs to be released and transmuted... these
intentions are written very specifically to release energy
Intentions carry a different vibration than affirmations
making them easier to believe and receive. These are not
affrmations.

The whole point is to use and receive energy to shift and
align the energies of your whole life. If you're doing
affirmations without results then most likely you are not
believing what you are saying.

Here are some intentions for releasing the energy of weight.
Speaking them out loud or writing them starts to align your
energies to release energy.

Feel the difference in your body when you say them and let
the energies align.
