Not everyone deserves access to your energy.
Some people come into your life not to bring peace, but to test your strength — and the sooner you recognize it, the freer you become.

🚫 Avoid people who never sincerely apologize.
An apology without accountability is just manipulation in disguise. When someone hurts you and can’t own their behavior, they’re showing you their character — not their mistake.

🚫 Avoid people who blame you for everything.
Those who twist reality to protect their ego will never take responsibility for their actions. You’ll always be the villain in their story — because facing the truth would destroy the illusion they live in.

🚫 Avoid people who are abusive in any form — emotionally, verbally, or physically.
Love does not hurt.
Respect does not control.
And kindness does not leave you broken.

🚫 Avoid people who constantly create chaos.
Peaceful souls protect peace; disturbed souls spread disturbance. Learn to see the difference and walk away.

🚫 Avoid people who put you down to lift themselves up.
You are not too sensitive — you’re just tired of being disrespected.

💭 Protecting your energy isn’t selfish — it’s self-respect.
You are not obligated to keep toxic people in your life just because you care. Love them from a distance, forgive them in silence, and move forward in peace.
