Welcome Elizabeth Madon — Our New Executive Director!

The Bell County Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce that Elizabeth Madon has been named our new Executive Director! A lifelong Bell Countian, retired educator, and passionate community leader, Elizabeth brings a wealth of experience and heart to this role.

She’ll officially begin on August 18 and will be working across Pineville, Middlesboro, and all of Bell County to support small businesses, grow partnerships, and unite our communities around a shared vision for economic growth.

Elizabeth is married to Senator Scott Madon. They have two children: Ben, a banker and real estate agent, and Ashley, who works alongside her husband Brad Sizemore as educators and coaches in the Bell County School System. Ashley and Brad are the proud parents of Maddie, Braxton, Cooper, and Brayden. 💛
