Our Story
In five years, you won't remember a particular birthday party, holiday, or major life event. If you're like me, you won't remember what happened five days ago. As a parent, the photos I love most of my children are the candid shots: photos where they are playing, laughing, and just being themselves. When I look at those photos, I can remember what my sons favorite toys were at that moment in their lives. I can remember how much my youngest hated peas, loved Power Rangers, how nervous my oldest was about his first day of middle school, and how excited he was when he got his driver's license. That's what a great photograph can do. It can evoke a memory from the recesses of your mind and help you recall details of a day in your life that you never thought you'd forget, but you did. Photographs are tiny pieces of art, a canvas that depicts the many days and events of our lives and that canvas should be as amazing as the people who are living it.
I am a traditionalist and I like traditional photos. If you like over the top, heavily Photoshopped prints I'm not the photographer for you. But if you love gorgeous, timeless photos, I'd like to be the person who captures those moments for you.
