Gluten free meal of his my son’s dreams! 🍔🍟 We stopped by the other day and were excited to see that the have half of their kitchen dedicated gluten free, meaning they could make almost anything on their menu gluten free!

We got the burgers, fries, and nuggets and loved every bite! My son is already making plans to go back as soon as possible 😅 I love when we can find a place the whole family enjoys!

Celiac Disease Awareness Month may be coming to an end but we spread awareness all year long!! It started with stickers, but now we have a bunch of those on apparel!

These come in youth + adult sizes as well as different colors. These shirts are soft and a unisex fit.

Packing for vacation when you have a kid with Celiac Disease 🧳 We opt to stay at places with kitchens so we can make a majority of our meals - but some kitchen supplies at rental homes aren’t the greatest!

We always bring a stainless steel pan, stainless steel spatula, foil and a ton of gluten free favorites! We have found that a lot of places have very scraped up nonstick pans or plastic/wood utensils which just doesn’t feel safe to use for my son. We also like to grill a lot so we bring foil to put on it.

I bring some of our food staples as well just in case we can’t find some wherever we go! But we also really like to go to the local grocery stores to see what gluten-free things we can find.

I pack it all in this long plastic tote that fits perfectly in the bottom of our trunk!

I try not to bring a whole kitchen because I don’t think it’s necessary, but there are definitely some staples that we have found are needed.
