My name is Niels Hempel, I started Bluewater Sound in 2006 in Wilmington, NC. My team and I have been fortunate enough to work with many hundreds of regional and national groups and help them achieve their musical goals through recording and live sound reinforcement. We also work with non-profit organizations like ACA (Relay for Life, and Making Strides), Cape Fear River Watch, United Way.

What a gorgeous morning for the 2021 walk in Raleigh! Bluewater Sound is so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this wonderful event each year. So many awesome people come together to host the event and to walk together to raise awareness for breast cancer research, celebrate survivors, and remember those lost. It’s always so fantastic to see the sea of pink and feel the energy pouring out of the crowd! 💗💓💓
