My mosaic has been chosen for an upcoming exhibition on Art in Public Spaces presented by the City of Las Vegas, which will be held at The Historic 5th Street School from June 13 to October 26, 2024. I am overjoyed and humbled by this incredible opportunity to showcase my work.

So this is one of my better ideas. At the last couple of shows I've done, I give people (ones who are truly interested in my work or classes) a cute little rock. They are fabulous worry stones and feel really great in your hand. My name is on the bottom and people are genuinely pleased to get one. They're just something to remember me by that's a bit different. They take about 5 minutes each, so I'm not investing much. Just thought I'd share!

Finished grouting this mosaic Lilies over the weekend and hung it up on my front porch. Planning to create another for the other side of the door. I really enjoyed plying with the colors on this one. Just think I might need to center it. I used a nail from other artwork that was already there.

Getting ready for my first two-day art festival! It's fun to see a bunch of these Tiny Affirmations all laid out together. Each one is 4" square on a wooden substrate. I sell them with a little wooden easel.
I buy the word tiles from Etsy! Search "mosaic word titles" and several sellers should pop up.

A friend of mine was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. We played tennis together. I moved a couple hours away. But when i heard about her i got a group of ladies today and we made these for her. We all wrote notes on the back. They are going to deliver them this week, i hope it brightens her day!
