Not only am I stronger from Burn, my anxiety is lower, and I’ve made some pretty amazing friends! Thanks for posing with me

Looking back on your 2021…what has been your biggest achievement?
I almost forgot!!!

My biggest achievement of 2021 is hard to choose! really started to take off this year, including our first teacher training for our iMaB program, I started a podcast with .spanner .yi and went back to school ! Even with all of those great achievements, I still think my greatest achievement has been and will continue to be my son, Christian, he is the sweetest, smartest, funniest little guy and he pushes me to lead by example. I don’t know if any of these achievements would’ve been possible without him.

I feel beautiful in this pose because it always reminds me to keep an open heart, open to all the possibilities of beauty the world has to offer. It shows me that even though I’m not naturally a flexible person, my body can support me and do hard things, and that to me is beautiful.

I was going to take this photo but got distracted and forgot! That’s the place that truly keeps me balanced. However, my living room is my second best spot. The place where I hang out with my kid and dog, the place that shows me that no matter what happens in your life you can always rebuild & that it is the people you have who matter more than your belongings.

Tell us why your friend is amazing Nannette is an amazing friend for so many reasons but the one I will pick today is her kind heart. She is always there to help you out, with a smile on her face… she has last minute babysat Christian, brought him tons of magic blue Gatorade when he was sick and soup for me so I didn’t have to cook! Nannette is so giving and kind and truly a light in this world. Thanks to for bringing us together. 😍
