People should ask why was he removed by his peers? What was the $10,000 for? Is it for someone closely connected to him and why? Is this the first time he cost the municipality money? Is he the reason Charleroi Borough is the way it since he has managed to remain elected for almost 30 years now? When he worked for the Washington county sheriff's department, was he ever reprimanded or had disciplinary action taken against him? Is this just business as usual for someone who, perhaps, thinks he is above the law and rules?

Councilman Jerry Jericho said a heated argument during an executive session led to him being removed as vice president.
