Day 8 of getting a 6-pack in 30 days!

226 crunches had me working hard at night!

But learning that inclined walking is a great option to burn fat for cardio, has changed my feelings towards cardio day and completely helped me get to my fat loss goal.

Day 7 of can I get a ripped 6-pack in 30 days!

Working out 5x a week and following ā€œshortcut to sizeā€ from Jim stoppani.

277 new followers was the new high for the 30 days and challenged me to push harder with an hour long walk and crunches for days šŸ¤£

Last Halloween I bought a 6-pack shirt for a costume. And 2 weeks later I started my journey to get back in shape.

Now 7 months in and Iā€™m never going back.

Day 6- added 167 followers! So I banged out 100 crunches and over 3500 steps to make sure I got over the 167 followers accounted for. Unfortunately I canā€™t show every step or ever crunch but trust me, they are getting done and you can see the progress!

Thank you for all of the support and follows, I hope that I am a living example of how major change can happen in not that long of a time frame. Just got to commit!
