Congratulations 🎉to this fabulous lady!

🎂Happy one year weight ⚖️ loss goal anniversary to this amazing woman, Damaris! In January of last year, she reached her goal weight of 125 lbs.

A year 📆 later, she has successfully kept her weight off and maintained the healthy habits that she honed through all those months of weight loss.

The start of her medical 🩺weight loss journey was not exactly smooth sailing: on her first month, Damaris only lost about 2-3 lbs.
