Great bar with $7 cocktails! Brehm's Return offers good bar food, a Thursday trivia night, wing night, a free pool table, free popcorn in the back (which I forgot to mention!!) awesome bar decor, a cigarette machine, and good times!!

I canā€™t wait to come back to try their breakfast šŸ³

We had breakfast at Wise County Biscuits & Cafe on Sunday and it was so great. I immediately asked my husband if we could move to the North Side. He said no. Iā€™m probably better for it because I would try to eat here every day.

I had the chicken biscuit, and it was the crispiest on the outside, juiciest on the inside chicken ever!! The biscuit was also stupendous! Paired with a side of their cheesy grits and it was the perfect breakfast combo.

Shane had the biscuits and gravy which I was lusting after. I tried it and it was also fantastic. I was acting like the guy who wanted the burger in ā€œI Think You Should Leaveā€ gimmie that!!

They use Der Fer coffee beans so their coffee is gas ā›½ļø!!

I thought the line here would take a long time, but it moved swifty and everyone was really pleasant and in good spirits. Loved everything about this spot. I would stand outside with a boombox over my head in the pouring rain for one of these biscuits

We love Sportys!! Kailyn is one of our favorite bartenders in Tionesta- she is so cool & kind. They have great wings & bar food here - and they also have good specials. I even had my first ever Isalys chipped ham sandwich here when it was a special.

Itā€™s cash only, canā€™t smoke inside, they have a ton of skill games, darts, a pool table, and TouchTunes.

They sometimes have special things going on like live music or karaoke night. Definitely worth stopping in for a drink and a good time šŸ»

I have mixed feelings about rib fest. It was fun to hang out with our friends outside lol that was the best part of it. Itā€™s one of those things where you stay an hour or 2 and then go home. Most of the vendors have the same or similar food (obviously) but I think some of the winners were eh and those lines were crazy- we got the mac and cheese and greens from a vendor who had no line and who didnā€™t win this year- and the mac and cheese was significantly better than the ā€œwinnersā€ - (Smokin Tā€™s had the best mac & cheese) some of the food tasted almost identical even though it was from different spots

none of the vendors are allowed to sell water for some reason so the fest price gouges on $11 sugary lemonade, which was irritating. You have to go to a separate vendor and stand in line for a bottle of water which in 83 degrees is shameful.

My husband liked the meat on his sandwich but the bread was stale. It was from Mojoā€™s which won 2nd place. The bread was a hockey puck- not sure who the judges are for this thing. All the sauces at the fest were amazing and really fun to try. My ribs were okay- also from Mojoā€™s.

Tons of AI slop this year too. Some of the food looked nothing like the pictures (of course)

The live music was great & really fun. Overall, itā€™s cool to come down for an hour or 2 and then skedaddle. I never go to rib fest and I honestly donā€™t think Iā€™ve been missing out on anything. We have a smoker and my husband makes good ribs at home

One of the best Italian meals Iā€™ve ever had. La Fontana Coast Iā€™ve tried every Italian restaurant in Sea Isle (except Anthonyā€™s) and this is my new favorite. The food was phenomenal. The ambiance was wonderful, the music they played was perfect, the food was exceptional, service was top notch. The chef came over to our table end of the night when it was clearing out and he was wonderful. I raved about the food

I had the pollo alla francese - chicken cutlet dipped in egg with a white wine lemon šŸ‹ sauce over a bed of angel hair pasta. It was the most tender chicken Iā€™ve ever had, and super flavorful.

Shane had the veal, over rigatoni- and it was enough for 3 meals. Absolutely massive.

The calamari appetizer was simple but so delicious. It was perfect- the lemon juice and the great marinara sauce was all it needed. Cooked perfectly- not chewy at all.

We couldnā€™t decide between the crĆØme brĆ»lĆ©e šŸ® or the tiramisu (tiramisu is my favorite dessert) and the chef said get both, and didnā€™t charge us for the tiramisu, which was so sweet. It was the best Iā€™ve ever had- not exaggerating. Our server also brought us over some complimentary limoncello flutes to end the meal.

We will now be going to this spot every summer. New favorite restaurant in Sea Isle.

Their pizza is super different. Not my favorite in the whole city- but a good unique pie, and as Iā€™ve said before- I love their sausage!! You have to get the sausage & pepperoni, just sausage, or veggies/cheese if youā€™re vegetarian. Really good.

At one point they also gave us a little shoutout for supporting them in their restaurantšŸ’— which is sweet

Pittsburgh has so many unique pizza styles-this one is worth trying šŸ•

Flying W Ranch restaurant serves their french onion soup with scissorsāœ‚ļø itā€™s the perfect way to enjoy a good cheese pull. I have a whole video on this restaurant coming soon- their french onion is so good though, it needs its own post. We get it all the time, even in the summeršŸ˜…

If you like french onion and have always wanted to give your soup a haircut- you would love it here!

I love Marie's Seafood in Sea Isle šŸ’—šŸ¦ž I know a lot of Pittsburgh folks vacation in Hilton Head or OBX but Sea Isle City is so slept on. Great restaurants, fun bars, live music at a lot of bars & restaurants.

Marieā€™s has great prices, really fresh seafood, and good service. This place was originally a fish market (1949) (Which I absolutely love the market!! They have beautiful ingredients, fresh seafood, and homemade desserts) but then they added the restaurant in the 1970s. Itā€™s been owned by 3 generations of the same family. A lot of the restaurants at the shore seem to be kept in the family for generations, and these places run like a well oiled machine. This spot is closing for the season in mid September- so if youā€™re down the shore, hurry in!

We checked out the Dormont VFW last week for 30th Birthday party and it was a blast and a real hoot!! Vibes were immaculate, the Dagnal family is my favorite!! VFW Post 694

You can rent this space for parties and bring food in, drinks are cheap, itā€™s cash only but they have an ATM. They have slots, darts šŸŽÆ, and a pool table. I think Molly BYOKā€™d the Karaoke machine šŸŽ¤ the bartenders were so kind, funny, and welcoming to us non-members. If I lived in or around Dormont I would absolutely try to find a way to joinšŸ¤£ (my husband is a vet so that would help)
