To my Pennsylvania friends... between now and mid-June, please contact your State Legislators to move forward on the bill to increase the PA Tax Credit (or rebate) from $100 to $300 million dollars... stress that it increases jobs, increases tax base, brings notoriety to the state, but most importantly, it has brought in over $2 billion dollars in Economic Impact for our fine state over the years. So, this program MORE than justifies itself! Went to the state Capitol yesterday with many in the film industry rallying to increase the PA Film Tax Crednit from $100 million to $300 million dollars. This would bring in many more films and television shows to our state and it creates more jobs! Many thanks to: Senator Camera Bartolotta, Pittsburgh Film Office's Dawn Keezer, the illustrious David Haddad and many more... If you live in PA please email your reprsentatives for the next four weeks to lobby for this increase! It will increase more film and TV productions and create more jobs!
