Pennsylvania…Please Raise the PA Film Tax Incentive, not only to keep our local film crews employed but our vendors too!

For the last 6 months I was Tyler Mountain Water # 1 Customer…and at Wrap last week I became their worst…orders stopped 100%

On average…
-For 5 Gallons…I use 30 Gallons a day just for Coffee, 150 Gallons a week! 2,400+ Gallons for the last show.
-Bottle Drinking water…2 Pallets a week, 6,144 Bottles a week.
-The largest scene on Mayor of Kingstown Season 2, outside prison at Carrie Furnace with over 1,000 cast and crew for the we went through 14 Pallets of Water…43,008 Bottles of Drinking water. Let’s add a local fork lift rental, I used so much Ice Mastro Ice left me a Re**er truck…they were dropping 4 Pallets of Ice at a time. This has happened time and time again...with every large BG scene!

We will employ local people.

We will use locally owned and operated businesses.

We will use local goods and services.

Jordan Banana often finds me no matter where we are. We are unique...constantly on the go! We're not like a normal restaurant who orders the same products every week...we have the same people for 100 days straight at times so we always have to mix up the menu! My orders have gotten so large over the years they now deliver to set 2 to 3 times a week!

Favorites from them are local products like Turner Teas/Milks, fresh fruit/vegetables and prepared foods!

FLASHBACK to 2014 on the set of SOUTHPAW!! Did you know an exec from Dunkin Donuts called me after we filmed Southpaw at IUP to tell me I was the top 1% of sales for the quarter of all Dunkin Donuts... He thanked me for ordering over 40DZ of donuts a day for our stadium scenes, this was over a month straight and the local manger told me I helped keep the college students working for the summer and he didnt have to lay anyone off due to our sales.

Did you know...Each week I purchase locally 40lbs of fresh roasted coffee from Allegheny Coffee & Tea! Over the years I’ve invested from them in Nitro Cold Brew Machines, Coffee Machines, Grinders, Teas & Syrups from them!

Thank you to Pappys Kettle Corn…helping us get through night time filming one snack at a time! He amazes me, recently beat cancer and never stopped working! He said all the extra orders helped contribute to building his own commissary kitchen and he doesn’t have to use a shared space anymore. I love small businesses and watching them grow! It makes great conversation for new sales! Can’t wait to use him again!

I love traveling around the world and always try and meet local chefs and I take cooking classes in the countries that I’ve traveled to but my favorite chef is right here! Can’t wait for Wild Rosemary to reopen!
