You know this whole 135 thing is the stuff!! I’ve lost 73.3 pounds since October 2023 and I feel amazing! I’ve learned so much in the last two years and now completely understand why we are so overweight in this country. Geez! But I’m so incredibly thankful for all my new knowledge and also my new self, we are definitely still a work in progress and I’ve not completely decided if this is the final resting weight or not but for now. 😊😊😊
