ASF Sound Company About the Owner/Founder/CEO:
Andrew Friedrich currently attends the University of New Haven pursuing his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and Sound Recording.

Founded in August of 2012 by Andrew Friedrich, ASF Sound provides DJ Entertainment and Live Sound in the Greater New York Area for Universities, Weddings, Fairs, Graduations, Live Sound Venues, and much much more. He is very passionate about working in the Live Sound Industry. Not only did he start his own company doing what he loves, but he also works for SCL Sound Systems as a Live Sound Tech/En

gineer. He continues his education in the Live Sound field outside of the classroom by working under Scott LaRochelle (Owner of SCL Sound Systems), who has been highly involved in the Live Sound field for over 20 years. Andrew is anxious to get his feet wet in the Industry and evolve his company to be a top name in Live Sound. About ASF Sound Company:
ASF Sound Company specializes in any sound and lighting production needs ranging from DJing Graduations, Corporate Banquets, Formals, Bar mitzvahs, and Weddings to providing live sound equipment and mixing for small bar shows as well as other small venues. ASF Sound Company has many different sound set-ups ranging from a simple PA system to a small bar live sound set-up to a traditional DJ set-up. We can also provide different lighting set-ups ranging from lights for a dance floor to overhead lighting for a performing band. ASF Sound Company will work very hard to meet your every need. If a larger sound set-up is needed, surely not count ASF Sound Company out! ASF Sound Company also works closely with SCL Sound Systems, which is a much larger company and will be able to provide any sound and lighting set-up you could think up! Since ASF Sound Company was founded Andrew has worked with his close friend James Zap (www.facebook.com/jameszapmusic), who is Singer/Songwriter/Guitar Player. Andrew is James' sound engineer and runs sound for him frequently at Kelly's Gastro Pub in Downtown New Haven, CT as well as other locations. ASF Sound has provided DJ services for formals through The University of New Haven such as the annual Snowball Banquet. ASF Sound Co. has also provided DJ services for 2 years in a row for the universities Commencement Ball. Along with these banquet events we have provided sound for numerous smaller events on campus such as BBQ's in the quad. Through SCL Sound Systems Andrew has had the opportunity of working with many great artists such as: Ludacris, Meek Mill, Hot Chelle Rae, Jason Michael Carroll, Four Year Strong, DJ Earworm, On Cue, Nine Days, and Big Shot. Big thank you to Up 'til Dawn - University of New Haven for having me back to DJ for yet another year. The event supports such a good cause and I am glad that I get to be apart of it time and time again. This year they shattered all expectations and raised over $87,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. I couldn't be more proud of them and the University of New Haven community for accomplishing that amazing feat. I hope they allow me to come back for countless years and contribute to this amazing cause. Thanks Again!
