Today is National Police K9 Day. 🇺🇸🐾

These incredible dogs put their lives on the line right alongside the officers they serve with. They search, protect, track, and help keep people safe — and they do it without ever asking for anything in return.

I have so much respect for these K9s and the people who work beside them. They truly are partners in every sense of the word.

Today, I’m taking a moment to honor all the police K9s, past and present, and the sacrifices they make every day.

Thank you for your service. ❤️🐾🇺🇸

Our whole life is now about making sure Colter has a good day..lol!

Swimming was a major challenge.. he was good up to his belly, and it took all day and a million and half treats to get him this far.. he didn't realize he's one of the only breed with webbed feet and was created to swim.. Silly dog .. lol!

Colter just turned 12 weeks and what a ride it's been..
Yesterday I walk out to the porch and see this.. What the what 🤦‍♂️

I think we intentionally blocked out what it's like having a puppy.. lol! The last time we had a puppy was almost 16 years ago. If we survive the puppy biting, he's gonna really be a great dog.. we already started doing some simple training: Recall, sits, downs and he picked it up so fast. He's so smart. Now if he would just be smart enough to quit biting the crap outta me :)

Well hello 👋 My name is Colter (a.k.a The Face Eater a.k.a the evil one who doesn't sleep for more then 20 mins at a time especially at bed time. But I'm insanely cute so I can get away with it. ... I hope you'll share my life with me I dream of being a therapy dog and if I'm good enough and practice real hard and can teach my dad how to be a good trainer maybe we can help a lot of people...
