Just to let everyone know, we learned of the passing of Jean Slinger Powell today. She had a heart attack and her family took her off of life support. So many of us remember that vivacious, curly brown haired girl who was always the life of the party. She always knew the right turn of a phrase, made so many people laugh and brightened up a room just by her entry. I haven't seen her in years, but I can't imagine that personality dampening. It was still there in her Facebook writings and postings. I will miss her. May Jeannie's name be forever a blessing. Sending peace and love to all who knew her, especially her family.
