Are you interested in our lean and delicious Texas Longhorn beef? 🥩🌱

We’ll have quarters or halves available around August 21/22nd, pick up at our farm (Plain, WI.) You would get a variety of all the cuts; roasts, steaks and ground beef.

We charge $4.50 per lb hanging weight, processing & packaging is included in that number. You can expect around 130-155lbs hanging weight for a quarter steer. If you’re interested, DM or email me!

Just in case you missed our recent stories we brought home another buckle! Yayyyyyy GPC DAISY did it again, she won her tough class at the GNTLA Cheesehead futurity and we are so proud of this lil heifer. Especially because she’s out of our very own GPC JOHNNY BOY and GPC DELILAH. Looks like we’ll have to head to the Millennium this fall. 🛻

We left the GNTLA sale with an awesome cow we are pumped about too, WS Aloevera. She just turned 3 and she’s already a big beautifully built cow, blowing the horn outta the water, raising a big healthy bull calf. It was another great weekend!
