Busy? Yup. I've been clearing out my Aunt's home, not even knowing I was to inherit it ;) ... Found out in early May she deeded it to me; Hired the best Shannon Schoolcraft Realtor, Keller Williams Realty;
Contract signed and the house is sold. My realtor somehow managed to beat the speed record from my last house sale -which was already lickety-split!
