My first time making danishes! They are filled with a cream cheese filling and topped with strawberries. These turned out lovely, though I accidentally made the first batch with double the amount of dough and they turned out huge 😅 or maybe that’s a good thing 🤔

Spring has easily become a favorite season of mine (from someone who has always loved fall). Having windows open with sourdough baking, music playing, and everything outside coming to life and getting color back gives me such a joy!

The recipe I used for this was … NOT great. The butter ratio was way off. But before the second batch went in, I added a little more flour and the result was much better!
