Skirt Steak Pinwheels! High Protein, Low Carb.

Pound skirt steak thin, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Add some fresh spinach, roasted red peppers, basil and feta cheese and roll them up.

Cook in a hot skillet with olive oil.

Make extra for salad the next day!

Creamy Garlic Chicken

🧾 Ingredients
• 6 boneless chicken cut in pieces
• 3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• Add a few shakes of salt or seasoning mix
• Fresh parsley (chopped)
• Optional: grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Season & sear
• Pat chicken dry.
• Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
• Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
• Sear chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and slightly crispy.
• Remove and set aside.

2. Make the sauce
• In the same pan, add olive oil
• Add garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds (don’t burn it).
• Pour in chicken broth and scrape up the flavorful bits.

3. Add Greek yogurt
• Stir and simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
• Add parmesan if you want it extra creamy.

4. Combine
• Return chicken to the pan.
• Spoon sauce over the top and simmer for 5–10 minutes until fully cooked and coated.

5. Finish
• Sprinkle parsley and extra black pepper on top.
• Serve with your favorite veggies

Yummy Garlic Chicken, Broccoli and brown rice all in one dish & bake at 400 for 25 minutes.

Cut chicken into pieces, season generously with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and herbs (I like basil). Chop up a few garlic cloves.

Put 1 cup rice in an oven safe dish with a lid, add Dijon mustard, a little olive oil and 2 cups chicken broth.

Add chicken and fresh broccoli on top of the rice. Drizzle a squeeze of lemon.

Cover and bake in 400 oven for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Crazy good maple glazed pork chops! Pure maple, a little Dijon mustard a spash of apple cider vinegar makes a delicious glaze.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Sear in olive oil.

Throw in some fresh rosemary and a couple cloves of garlic.

Pour in a little water or chicken broth and cover until cooked through.

Pour the glaze over and let simmer until it thickens.

Tender, juicy and delicious!

Easy one pot meal: Pork tenderloin and potatoes.

Season all with garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, smoked paprika and fresh rosemary.

Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
