These two Pikachu promos come from the limited 2025 Pokémon Center Special Boxes released exclusively in Japan. Each box was distributed through a lottery system rather than regular retail, with the promos created to celebrate the reopening of the Pokémon Centers in Fukuoka, Tohoku, and Hiroshima.

One collector received both promos directly from their sealed Tohoku and Fukuoka Special Boxes and submitted them for grading, with both earning 🔥
