UPDATE: According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, if convicted, William Caleb Elliott could face up to 30 years in federal prison.

Elliott was named in an indictment by a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Texas charging him with seven counts of production of child po*******hy and one count of attempted production of child po*******hy.

The charges were filed Wednesday, Nov. 12, in the U.S. District Court in Sherman. The first seven charges are for producing child po*******hy of seven victims, with an eighth charge for attempted sexual exploitation of a child.
