Happy New Year!! I closed all my fitness rings everyday last year. I did 6 million steps total. I did a 5k jog/ walk everyday. All I got for it was this notification on my watch, and I wore out 3 pairs of shoes.

I can’t believe what I’m reading and I hope that it’s not true. I messaged Adam when he first started making videos. I was making videos too, and I asked him what type of camera he was using. He told me what to get (Canon t3i at the time), so I went out and got it. We messaged here and there and we bumped into each other a couple times. He was an inspiration to many and tragically we have lost a giant. He shared his life everyday and lived to the fullest. RIP ​⁠Adam The Woo you’ll be missed by all. 😭😭
