MEXICAN + ASIAN FUSION?! 🌮🍣🔥 PAPAMIGOS IS WILD.

Papamigos in Coconut Creek is serving one of the most unique menus I’ve hit in South Florida — tacos, sushi, burgers, birria and some absolutely LOADED creations all under one roof.

ACE CLUB at Edan Bistro 🍷

This wasn’t just dinner — it was a full 7-course tasting experience with a w**e pairing at every course.

Chef Aitor took us through a Basque-inspired progression that included chilled cauliflower soup, ham croquettes, a split Course 3 where I had the vegetarian tomato version and my wife had the hamachi crudo, tuna tartare, steak tartare, dry-aged ribeye and Basque cheesecake.

And Chef Aitor’s background is serious — he worked at 3-Michelin-star Azurmendi and later served as head sommelier at Asador Etxebarri before bringing that experience to Miami.

One of my favorite parts was seeing how the tasting was adjusted for both of us without making either experience feel secondary.

The full night felt thoughtful from the ACE Club envelope to the final bite.
