If you or anyone you know might be interested in this therapy, hit me up and I will answer any questions you might have. I am taking bookings for April so feel free to reach out to schedule!

Sound therapy uses sound vibrations to deeply relax the nervous system, reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and alleviate chronic pain. It promotes better sleep, lowers blood pressure, improves concentration, and may boost the immune system by reducing cortisol levels.
