For Chanelle Jepson of Xyngular, every product begins with one question: “Who is this person, and what problem am I trying to solve for them?”

From helping pioneer clear protein to expanding access to wellness through telehealth, Chanelle is focused on making healthy habits simple, enjoyable, and accessible. And her biggest wellness advice? Start with the basics: drink more water and get more fiber. 👏

✨40 UNDER FORTY: Allison Pinegar, Springville Museum of Art | Head of Exhibitions + Programs | Springville

Allison Pinegar learned the power of “no” after turning down a job at another art institution — which felt risky, being the first real offer she had received in the field.

“But I knew that taking it would mean settling for a position I didn’t actually want. Turning it down gave me the confidence to say yes when the Springville Museum of Art offer came soon after,” she says.

Now, Allison gets to celebrate Art City with every task on her to-do list. In 2023, she became head of education — leading a team of six museum educators developing community programs and statewide K-12 programs. Since 2024, she has held her current role as head of exhibitions and programs. This past year, she is proud to have executed the museum’s inaugural artist residency program: the Teaching Artist Fellowship for Youth, which allows K-12 students to work directly with a professional artist on-site at the museum.

“I love that my work touches so many parts of the visitor experience, from how people encounter art in the galleries to how they engage more deeply through art-making, tours and other programs.”

She’s curating more than portraits and picture frames; she’s curating connection. 👏👏👏
