These are the ankle weights that I found at Goodwill for $4.99!

What a steal! I don't suggest paying full price for these, as they probably work as well as any other pair of ankle weights. However, I do like to get better quality for my money, so I love that I found them at a thrift store!

Also I think I may hold off wearing them on my walks until legging season. I realized yesterday I had a small blister on my ankle, and I think it was from the weight rubbing the other day.

Are you like me and can't start your day without making your bed? Also, some people have such beautiful beds arranged with all the beautiful pillows, but I personally can't stand the clutter! It's so much easier to make your bed when you keep it simple. Maybe that's why I do it!

Before dinner I poured some unsweetened applesauce into a mason jar and suck it in the freezer for an hour.
It didn't quite freeze by the time I ate it, but it was still wonderful and refreshing!
