This Cookoff was special because it was for a sad cause, the Hope for the Hill Country. We wanted to do our part to donate to a cause and Texas Firewalkers was able to put together an awesome event in short time.

44 of the best teams in Texas showed up to cook & raise money for a good cause.
Kyotee Kookers had a good cook and got a 7th overall.

This was our 50th Champions Barbecue Alliance Cookoff and it was a great event run by Brenda Waters and crew!

In support of the recent Floods in the Hill Country. Texas BBQ Bash is donating its time and resources to help host an upcoming event in Bandera Texas.

Support teams who want to cook for the cause but may not be able to afford entry.
