Two of our recent HBO documentaries, A Choice of Weapons: Inspired by Gordon Parks and OBAMA: In Pursuit of a More Perfect Union have just been nominated for 5 News and Documentary Emmy Awards! Obama was nominated for Best Documentary and Outstanding Political & Government Documentary. A Choice of Weapons was also nominated for Best Documentary, Outstanding Arts & Culture Documentary and Best Editing.

Congratulations to both filmmaking teams! The award ceremony will take place on Thursday, September 29th at 7:30pm in New York City.
