🌱☀️ Harvest Season is Coming!

In Colombia, coffee is harvested year-round, but there are two main harvests—and our biggest one of the year is just about to begin. 🍒 This is when the farm comes alive with hand-picking, sorting, washing, and drying coffee cherries at their peak.

From our family farm in Colombia, those beans make their way all the way to Minnesota, where we get to share the freshest taste of the season with you at local markets. 🏞️☕

Every bag of Norte Café is a direct connection between our harvest and your morning cup—grown with care, picked by hand, and roasted fresh for you. ❤️

It’s officially corn season, and there’s no better time to shine a light on our friends at Oro by Nixta Tortilleria & Restaurant —home to some of the most unforgettable, handcrafted tacos you’ll ever taste. 🌮

Chef Gustavo Romero and his wife Kate pour their hearts into every tortilla, using heirloom corn to honor tradition, flavor, and culture. Their dedication has earned them national recognition—named one of Bon Appétit’s Top 20 Best Restaurants of 2024 and a proud James Beard Award nominee.
