The Ole tow pig Raptor (aka slo_svt) rolled 250,000 miles while towing 8,000+ lbs behind it yesterday while coming home from Tire Rack. I have never taken it easy on this truck since day 1 and it hasn't skipped a beat. Drivetrain is 100% original and im 99% sure its never even had the trans serviced😆 This thing owes me absolutely nothing! Best 1/2 ton truck ever made!🤘🏽

Now that I’m all settled back in at home, all I can say is… WOW, what a freaking weekend!

Holley Ford Festival didn’t disappoint yet again. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing. We unexpectedly raced Thursday night, raced in the rain on Friday, and finished it off with a beautiful sunny day on Saturday.

I got to hang out with some of my car buddies and family, make some new car friends, take a couple hot laps with Vaughn Gittin Jr. , role play as a fire fighter, and even took the Fox for a swim🤦🏽‍♂️

The Raptor tow pig saw 5,200+ RPM more times than I’d like to admit, rolled over 249K miles, and averaged a whopping 7.0 mpgs BUT she made the entire round trip without a single hiccup!

As for the Fox, the car did absolutely amazing. It kept pace with and even beat some cars it probably had no business running with. Unfortunately, the nut behind the wheel couldn’t quite get the job done. Lots of simple mistakes and overthinking ended up costing me, but that’s racing.

The car proved it’s capable. Now it’s on me to do my part.

We’ll learn from it, come back better, and give it another shot next year! 🤘🏼
