On this 4th day of Kwanzaa, we wanted to shoutout youth service organization The Village Project. Founder Adrian Williams was once a KWMR guest, and the org is doing a lot of great work, including reviving Kwanzaa celebrations in San Francisco:

We are now seeking assistance in formalizing and expanding the project to meet more community needs.

Adapted and produced by the talented Sharron Drake, this Dickens classic is the perfect way to celebrate the season with your neighbors. Keep an ear out during the show—the custom holiday jingles (including ours!) written by Sharron and sung by the KWMR crew will be woven right into the performance!

❌⚡️❌ 89.9 FM BOLINAS is down due to an issue at our Stewart Point translator. Our 90.5 FM PRS, 92.3 FM SGV and streaming are not impacted. ❌⚡️❌

⚡️Richard and James visited the site but were held back by the first blasts of the coming storm. The mission to replace water damaged equipment and restore service is on hold until at least Tuesday, weather permitting. Thank you for your patience!
