Yoga with consistently be on Mondays and Wednesdays at 3pm for the summer. No 7pm yoga classes for the summer and will add later times will schools back in! If you haven’t tried it yet grab your mat and come on out on Wednesday

DECEMBER CAMP ALERT! Boy do we have a treat coming to Full Circle Fast Pitch. Former Lady Volunteer and ALL AMERICAN Rainey Gaffin James! Rainey was the complete package as a player. She could pitch, play outfield, first base, hit for power, and slap. She will be coming Saturday Dec 9th to run a fielding and hitting clinic as well as share her past experiences and mental preparation. We are excited to announce our first camp for this indoor season! We have TWO professional baseball players coming out to run this camp. Overhand throwing is a huge part of our game that needs to be valued and worked on. Also giving love to the other half of the batteries with a catching clinic you will not want to miss! We are excited to announce Elite Softball Reports will be coming to run Rapsodo testing for any athlete wanting to get their metrics done for pitching and hitting. This will allow athlete to get the most accurate numbers for their pitches and swings out there. 15 minute intervals in the time slots posted on flyer. Message us with questions or to sign up!
