Good morning! Due to the awesome Wolverine victory this past Thursday night, and the SDHSAA scheduled SoDak 16 match between the Wolverines and Burke on Veterans Day, the following changes have been made to the Veterans Day activities:
The Veteran's Day events, which were to be held on the afternoon and evening of Nov. 11, have now been moved to today, Nov. 10.
The new schedule/timeline of events will be as follows:
Monday, Nov. 10: The 6-12 student military/veteran displays will be held at the Community Center from 1 to 6 p.m.
The Veteran's Day Open House with coffee, cookies, bars, munchies, door prizes and military display viewing will also take place from 1 to 6 p.m. Nov. 10.
Finally, the Veteran's Day Free-Will Donation Beef Sandwich Meal will also take place on Monday, Nov. 10 with serving taking place from 5 to 7 p.m.
Important!!! The actual Veteran's Day Program will still take place on Tuesday, Nov. 11 at 10 a.m. at the Herreid School Gymnasium!!!

Stop by the Po***ck Community Center and school between 3 and 5 pm Saturday to visit with Santa and see the Festival of Trees. The festival is a fundraiser for the community's 125th celebration.

ATTENTION CAMPBELL COUNTY READERS: WEB Water is notifying residents and businesses throughout the county about work it will be doing Wednesday, Oct. 16, which may impact water pressure and cleanliness.
Work is expected to begin at 9 a.m. and continue throughout the day. Once full pressure is restored, water may appear cloudy as air is pushed through the pipes and water begins regular flow.
