HOT OFF THE PRESSES!!! This mic has COMPLETELY replaced my Telefunken ELAM 251. It sounds far superior for a FRACTION of the price. Vintage ELAM 251 fetches $30 to $40,000, and this Circle Audio EVO251 retails for $1899. IT'S NO JOKE! Smooth as silk on the top all the way to the bottom. The lowest noise floor in ANY mic I've ever used. We were lucky enough to grab one ourselves, and we will be getting more. Many of my recording friends follow me, so I'm posting a Reverb Store link if you want one. Circle Audio just released a limited-edition EVO 251 at a limited-time discount of $1699. It was available as of this morning and they're flying off the shelves. If you're looking for a new recording mic, I recommend getting this before the discount goes back up.
